These cute little homes have a nice living room with a crackling fireplace, bedroom and sunroom. Two entrances. View of ocean. Small front deck. With this home you get the command of /99 menu which gives you a menu to lock your doors, tint your windows for privacy and even change the color of part of the house to what you like.

Rental price for these partially furnished places is 400L per week (that's only $1.81 USD). I can only allow 80 prims because my prim count is suffering. But with the furnishings I have provided, that should be enough.
