Mainland up to 1/2 sim available to rent

I am looking to offset the cost of my sim by making up to 1/2 of it available for rent. I am asking a very affordable 1.6 L/prim.

I own all of this beautiful mainland sim and we will be moving my sculptie business there which will need 1/2 the sim and would love to rent out the rest.
