I'd like to rent out some prim allotment on my parcel for somebody to use as a shop. You can build on the ground or in the air. I will make transport accomodations to and from my club in the same parcel, "It's Full of Stars", either way. If the shop is on the ground, I am willing to rebuild the telehub structure to fit. You may occupy the parcel in any way you choose, so long as it does not disrupt the club (not too hard, it's way up in the air), and you'll have about 40 prims to work with.
