Hi All,

I am selling this great sized parcel of land, which is right on a beach, with an open access to Linden ocean. New sim, with loads of new friendly neighbours, and lots of scope for building. Please IM me for details, and I am looking for 26500L for this, but maybe open to offers. I will be your new neighbour, as I have just bought the plot next door, so nothing nasty will be near you, as I intend to use it as a home and as a dock for my yacht.
