Looking for a Full Sim

I am looking to purchase a full sim with the complete 15,000 prims. I don't need a homestead or an open space. I am trying to expand and will only consider a full sim.

I am not interested in renting a full sim for some outrageous price, this is why I want to purchase one. So please don't send me messages offering to rent a sim for $350+ a month I'm not interested.
