Paid 6000 2 months ago for this really nice lot. I need to get another lot now in a different location as this doesn't fit my needs now. Neighboring lots are going for 6000+
Quiet area, nice spot for a house or small shop.
Have to sell it right away as I found my dream spot.
Any takers..
