If you are intrested in purchasing a parcel from Dominion Estates you are required to read and agree to Dominion Estates Covenant, as these are the terms of services of the sim. Failure to do so will result in the termination of this transaction.
Some parcels have models houses on them. These houses remain the property of Dominion Estates. You may simply return the model house, after you purchase the land.
Monthly Tiers are due on the first of every month to your personal payment box. Failure to pay your tier on time will result in the reclaiming of your parcel and auto return of all objects.
