cheapest Qtr sim around!, 16384 sq meters for only 155640! bargain, thats only 9.5L per sq meter. flat rocky area, pefect for a sky build (former home of the skycity Laputa) or for shops, only 2 quite neighbors. 3,750 Prims could be all yours. This price is as low as i can go, i'm loosing money on this for a quicker sale, so it is only negotiable within reason.
