I am going to be getting my new island in the next few days and will have land for sale. I am planning on only having 2048 and 4096 lots on this island and it will mainly be residential, unless you want to start a business of some sort.

You can maybe talk to some people to get their opinion and see if it is somewhere you would like to live in Second Life.
