I have just placed a beautiful, large, beach homes on a beach/water pad above my lands. The houses are multie-storied and have privacy/lockable controls.
I will allow the renter all the rights of owner except ban lines. You may ask me to ban any individuals you find undesirable.
I will allow 200 prims for each house. You may ask me to remove the house and/or any of the objects on the land you do not wish to have there. I will allow you to place your own house up to 35 prims without interfering with the prim limits. You may also purchase additional prims at 2.5L per prim.
All the houses on the ground have been rented. As they become available you have the option to rent them at their current rental fees which include 300 or 400 prims on beach land.
EACH HOUSE HAS PRIVACY WINDOWS AND DOORS...LOCKABLE OF COURSE.
This is a new low lag mainland beach sim, class 5.
