Celebration Cove - a brand new concept in rental accomodations! Operating on a brand new, class 5 Sim, Celebration Cove is owned and operated by the Celebration Villages Property Management Group and we provide many amenties for our tenants including: an outstanding collection of homes, townhomes and apartments.
Each home and apartment has a different prim allowance and there is a prim counter in the rental box which identifies how many prims are allocated for that unit. This includes the house as well as any furniture which may currently be placed there. We do try to give generous prim allowances. If you need more than the current allotment, we sometimes have a few extras available but they are limited.
AMENITIES
Each home comes with a DVD player outfitted with a constantly updated selection of current movies and live tv. Many of them are still playing in theatre in Europe so this is a very good value for your money! We also have porn included in each tv! Unfortunately, due to second life restrictions, we are unable to provide the the tower homes with a DVD player but there is a large theatre on site which all residents have access to! This theatre plays an even larger selection of movies than the DVD players in the residences. Apartments are also welcome to place a free tv in their units to capture the current movie playing in the theatre but will be unable to change the stream.
Other amenities on the sim include the stunning Romance on the Rocks Ballroom which plays romantic music 24 hours a day. This ballroom is also themed for the current season and is currently an ice palace. In the spring it will become a beautiful lily and tulip garden! Romance on the Rocks and the Park are both available for weddings and private events.
This is a 4 seasons sim and as such the landscaping and decor will frequently change. We are currently in our full winter gear and the waterfall and pond is completely iced over. Snow crunches beneath your feet and you can skate anywhere on the pond. Snow flies often and sometimes the wind howls! We hope the the first tulips will appear in late february as is traditional on the pacific coast! On top of our mountain rests a gazebo also themed for the current season where tenants and vistors can cuddle on comfy tuffets. Although this is a mature sim, we do expect PG behavior in the public areas.
At this time, we are having events to encourage the use of our facilities and to instill a sense of community. In the near future, wel will also be having tenant contests for various themes and decorating of homes for special holidays. It may be possible to win a weeks rent!
If that isn't enough, we also offer a selection of very nice furniture for tenants to use such as sexgen beds and hottubs, sofas, kitchens, rugs, and lighting fixtures. Many of our houses have have been prefurnished but we will remove furniture on request. If you see a piece of funiture on the land, you may be able to buy it. Simply right click the item you like, and if a price is shown, it's for sale. Don't forget to take it into inventory as these are one of a kind used items with reduced prices. We have a lovely acquarium in our tower and have copies of it for sale at a very reasonable price. If you would like one, IM the Celebration Manager, Janelle Taurog and she will sell you one at a cost of just 400.00 which is 1/2 off the cost of buying it at retail. If you become a tenant, we will set it up for free! This is a substantial savings off the cost of buying it at retail! We also have a few fish available (although not very many) that you can put in your tanks. We also have the best fish in second life available in a vendor next to the tank.
Also in the tower are some visitor amenties - be sure to visit our Jaws lounge for a tasty surprise! And visit the surprise desk near the elevator in the tower for some fun too!
As a visitor, you are more than welcome to enjoy our lovely parks and water areas.We also have a selection of sculptures and lots of animals roaming our parks. These items also change with the seasons! So as you can see, you will never be bored by being a resident on this island!
We may cost a little bit more than the average crowded sim, but we think we're worth it and so do our tenants that have been with us since we started building! We won't crowd you into a hatbox, and you won't have any people falling out of the sky and onto your roof. In fact, we have put in place a strict no sky builds policy! There are absolutely no sky homes here! Furtheremore, all of our homes with the exception of the townhouses have an unrestricted view of the ocean AND the mountain and the townhomes have a view of at least one! You are receiving the movies and DVD's at a huge discount and are being allowed to use the entire park area anytime you wish as long as you don't litter the sim wih your prims. All this just because we love our renters! You can't get this when you own land and you sure can't get it on most rental sims. In fact, we don't even charge your prims for the use of our waves! NO landlord does this but us! To us, everything is common area except what is in your actual house. And we even do your lawn mowing and look after your flowers and trees! And of course with being a renter, you are free to upgrade to a bigger or smaller house at any time with no concerns about losing that investment you made! Why invest 10 times the cost of a nice rental land just to get a single small piece of land where you can't even enjoy the park areas when you can rent and get much much more?
All of your views are guaranteed to be maintained FOREVER and you are getting a huge value for your linden dollar. It's very costly to have a 4 seasons landscaping and to constantly update island content in the way that we are doing AND give the kind of attention that we are giving. You really need to have a full time staff member dedicated to it and Celebration Cove is lucky enough to have 1 full timer and 2 part timers! You may have noticed that there is not a single duplicated home on the island like there are on other islands. This is because we want you to be able to express individuality and not be considered one of a pack of paying sardines. So instead of being just a tenant, you will be a guest with a uniquely styled home with the advantages of full ownership but none of the hassles AND the real benefits of renting.
