Two Large plots and several small plots have become available in the green lush sim, Dusk. All but one plot has water frontage.
Dusk is a fully residential sim, themed as Gothic, Fantasy and Fae lands. It is home to Faeries, Vampires, Fauns and other wondrous folk.
The center of the island is a large garden for residents to enjoy, it includes cuddles, dances and even a fishing server.

Our rental land is very similar to purchased land, you are free to:
* Name your plot
* rez your home and buildings
* terraform and build gardens as you would on purchased land
The main difference is there is no lump sum land purchase and there is no resale of the land.
Dusk is a full class 5 sim (not an openspace/void). Please read and accept the conditions of the covenant, a copy of which is available by clicking on the "For Rent" signs.
