I am looking for approximately 2500m2 (or 50x50 - more than 2048, much less than 4096) on a private mature class 5 sim (no mainland) for light commercial. I will be putting up a skybox over 500m+. I only need about 350 prims and want to pay less than 1.5L per m2/weekly.
