This is a nice class 5 sim with 15,000 prims available. The sim name can be changed at your request (for a linden lab rename fee). Renter will get full estate manager rights.

The only rule is no using the island for land rentals, please. Aside from that, you may do whatever you want with the sim.

Preferably looking for a long term tenant (as in more than one month).

The price to rent is 85,000L/month or 21250L/weekly.
