This sim is currently empty, and ready for occupation. There is no purchase price, simply pay the rent box and buy the land for a nominal L$1, allowing you to deed it to your own group of choice.
You of course get full Estate Rights, there is no covenant/restrictions, you build what you want, as you wish.
You get the ability to terraform as you wish, subdivide and parcel land, load your own RAW files/textures, manage your own access/ban lists, reboot the sim when you need to, and set other estate parameters allowing your friend/family access or not. And of course, you create your own Group Roles, as you see fit. You can also set the sim to any designation, PG or Adult. In essence, you have full control over what you do on this beautiful island/estate.
And of course, being a Class 5 server, there is no lag.
