VLS is a class 5 sim, currently with an urban theme and, although current rented plots are commercial, residential renters are welcomed. VLS is not owned by a large land owner but is the headquarters for my own business, that means I will be around regularly to ensure smooth operation of the sim.
We currently have 3 plots immediately available with an additional plot opening up soon.
Each plot is 3600m2 (60 meters by 60 meters) with 823 prims.
Rent is 1750L$ per week OR 6000L$ per month (buy the plot, pay three weeks rent to the appropriate rental box then IM Talwyn Mills. The rental box will be modified and the extra rent refunded)
The purchase price of the land is the first weeks rent which will be added to your rental box as soon as I can (In theory you could get a day free there).
