Do you want an open space sim? Do you want FULL CONTROL over it? Do you want to be able to name the sim whatever you want? If so, read below

So, what exactly is an Open Space sim?
An open space sim is a region that looks and feels like a normal sim, but supports 3,750 prims instead of the 15,000 that a normal sim holds.

What is the advantage of open space sims?
Open Space were originally developed so that people could put navigable waters around their full sims without needed to spend the high fees to do so.

What do they cost?
An open space sim ordered from the second life land store costs $250usd + $75usd per month.

With a price like that, why don't I just go to the land store and buy it myself?
In simple terms, because you probably can't. Linden Labs won't sell one to you unless you already own at least one full size region.

Ok, so what are you going to do for me?
What I will do is play the part of a loophole in the system for you. I will place the order for an open space for you AT COST. I will not profit a penny off of these transactions. Your monthly fees will remain at 75usd per month. You will only be paying the amount that Linden Labs charges me.

What do I really get?
When I order this sim for you, I will give it the name that you choose. I will place it on the grid where you want, and I will give you full control over the region by giving you estate manager powers.

Bring it online at cost? Not profit anything? Whats the catch?
Heres the catch. When you decide to leave the region (or decide to stop paying me the 75 per month) you will lose control of the region. This is really no different than any other time you rent or buy land in Second Life. The real clincher on this is that you do not need to have a premium account. You don't even need to have payment info on file if you have another way to come up with the monthly fees (paypal, in world generated money).

How do I order one?
