The Duché de Coeur is a friendly and romantic land inspired by France during The Age of Enlightenment (17th-19th centuries). Duc Bedrich, Duchesse Skye and Duchesse Tatiana have created a world to encourage friendship and romance. We have picnics by the lake, boat races, dancing in the ballroom, horseback riding through the maze of streams in Aquitaine, shopping along the canal and village, and discussions in the tavern. An optional Role Play system is just getting started, adding to the richness of this experience.
My partner and I recently moved in the Duchy, vacating our spot at No. 8 Cascades Quai with about half a month's rent remaining. If I can find a renter we will get our money back, so please take a look. The rental includes a two-floor unit that could be a shop, home or combination, and also includes a skybox with an intan. The initial rent is 1500L for 75 prims and the primcount can be increased for more rent. I have uploaded some photos; apologies that they are large. I just learned today that this forum is going down so I had to post this quickly.

A view of the shop and the street. The sign says Private Residence but feel free to walk in and look around, the door is not locked. Note this unit is at the end of the street next to a waterfall. A duchy-wide horse-drawn carriage system is in place, with a post to call a carriage just a few doors down from No. 8, near where you can see the horse tethered.
