The Group "FOR SALE BY OWNER" will remain open enrollment until this Sunday.
Currently 180 members use this group for quick sale of their private regions full transfer, or they are seeking sims full transfer.
The group seems to be working rather well since its opening, sim sales and purchases have been going through very well daily.
Here you are able to post a notice for your sim for sale , or if you want to buy a sim, thus even if a member is not logged onto sl he/she will still get the notice on their screen once they log into SL.
The group is not for general chat, there are a couple of great groups out there for that purpose filled with Concierge customers helping each other with tech questions, etc, concerning estate management.
