Sim is about half capacity with residents generating partial income for the island. Island has a (roughly) egyptian theme with a large pyramid. One of the residents has used 12k meters to add to the theme. You're free to do what you want with it, provided you agree to refund residents their remaining L$ should you decide to evict them before their month is up.
Tier renewal date is the 3rd.
Price is $800 USD total, I'll take the hit for the $100 transfer fee. We'll use Linden's transfer ticket service thing to handle the transfer.
This is a good chance for someone who wants their first island to play around with without having to pay full tier due to existing residents providing partial income.
