My plot in Caledon Wellsian is, alas, up for sale. I have been struggling with payments since my friend's RL passing, in all honesty (as he always paid half of the tier), but have managed to squeak by. Now, unfortunately, I can no longer afford it. If I don't sell it soon, I am going to just have to let it go unpaid, and I'd rather not do that!
Wellsian is a class-5 sim in the lovely Victorian-themed Caledon, and the northern coast along which I live is particularly attractive. The plot is a custom double-prim 4096m, 1875 prims. Tier is 3600L a week. I am asking 30,000L. Whatever tier happens to be left on the meter at time of purchase is free.
As the price increases will soon begin on duchies, my large plot might be a good option for those who still need a relatively high-prim area, but cannot afford the price hikes.
