RESIDENTIAL: These sims are available on tropical themed continents or on our winter snow continent (all parcels on snow currently just 99L through August - limited availibility). All the sims are beautifully landscaped to offer spectacular views and a real magical community feel. Additionally, tiers were recently lowered to juse 0.49L/sqm weekly, meaning you only pay tiers on what you own! Not a Linden more!
COMMERCE/COMMERCIAL Cove Islands makes a point of differentiating between commerce and commercial. Commercial welcomes every type of business, clubs included! Commerce, on the other hand, welcomes all businesses except clubs. This is to offer store owners the opportunity to set up shop away from clubs. Both commerce and commercial sims are well established with a number of wonderful businesses operating. The regions are laid out like real business districts with roads and sidewalks, palm tree lined! There's that awesome double prim allowance as well, remember. Again, tiers were recently reduced here to just 0.85L/sqm weekly. You pay only for what you own.
SERVICE
Surely if someone purchases from private estate companies, it is (partyl at least) for the associated service. Nobody wants to struggle to get hold of assistance when required. What if you need a sim restart? What if someone is griefing you? What if you just need a bit of advice?
We have three dedicated Customer Service Representatives on hand to take enquiries in game via IM. Additionally, you can request assistance through the residents group, of which all staff are members. As well as this, we have a dedicated round the clock support portal offering both Live Support and ticketing options as an out of world option. If you need a sim restart or have any type of problem, it's easy to get hold of a member of staff!!!
FACILITIES
Being a resident on Cove Islands isn't just a group tag. It's a part of a community and we hold events for residents and their friends frequently. We have a full prim sim sandbox on which residents only may build in peace! On the first Sunday of every month we hold a yard sale for all our residents to sell their items to the general public. We don't charge for this service and as well as making a few lindens, this is a great chance for everyone to get together.
