This home I am advertising is an very large amazing estate home developed and designed by hand by myself. It is 100% custom and original, a Mediterranean home of such amazing quality you will find in few other places on Second Life. I make sure every seam, texture, and prim is perfectly placed and designed. It has sculpted elements, including windows and exterior designs.
The Land:
The land is a whopping 9568m, the land has a prim bonus and you are allotted 2627 prims minus the minor amount of 300 the house takes up. And we offer free landscaping to beautify your parcel even further! And building help for any project on your land you wish!
Price and Payments:
The land I offer is at much lower prices than other sims AND I do not charge an upfront land purchasing fee, it's 0L$ to buy the land, all you pay is your first month's tier to me! No monthly linden labs charges, only pay me! It's private land. IM me for prices! I can cater to your needs and negotiate!
Discounts?:
If you refer a friend to my sim I will discount your tier fee by 50% of their monthly tier cost!
Rights and Privacy:
You have full rights and privacy to your land. This includes but not limited to, terraforming, media and music, building, skyboxes and more! Just ask me and I'm sure I'll allow it! I do not allow clubs however, it ruins the experience of my beautiful residential based sim. You own the land, it's in your name to do whatever you wish!
The Sim:
A private estate sim that only houses residential homes. No laggy clubs or anything to cause lag. It is a CLASS 5 sim, newest and best of the sims with lowest lag and fastest servers!
