Parcels are available in The Unknown Country, a low-lag privately owned estate of seven sims that is great for sailing or flying, with a loose, laid-back libertarian lifestyle, a vaguely sci-fi theme, and helpful residents dedicated to teaching and learning.
These parcels are true waterfront, on a full-prim island that borders several Openspace sims, and are available in two sizes, 4096 or 2048 sq. m. with 937 or 468 prims. The large parcels are L$5,000 per month, the smaller are L$2,500--in other words, you only pay tier.
Even if your not interested in renting, stop by the estate to take a sail, hang glide, fly your favorite air or spacecraft, or just to check out the interesting resident builds. Have fun.
