Half-Sims for rent, 63k/month

I have two half sims available for rent.

Liddy is the name of the sim. If you want both halves, the rent is even cheaper. If you do want the whole thing, act quickly before one half rents.

You'll get pretty generous terraform limits (-30, +10), and if you are the first renter, I can change the terrain textures to suit you (within reason).

The sim is in a very nice area of my continent, bordered only by void sims with buffer land.
