Land sales are crazy at the moment, why not rent a place and not worry about land prices.
I will rent a 512m or 1024m Mainland lot and put a nice house on it for you or, of course, you can use your own. I can even furnish the house if you like.
You will have all rights to the land except to sell it!
Prices are 350L per week for the 512m and 700L per week for the 1024m. (Each 512m lot comes with 117 prims for your personal use, minus one for the rental box and a 1024m would have 234 - 1 = 233.)
