I am still accepting offers on the class 4 sim I have for sale.
Tier is due on the 13th of every month at $195 usd. It is a class 4 region.
I will be selling the sim empty, at the moment there are a few prims on the sim that will be picked up by previous residences by the week end.
Once an agreed apon price is met the new owner will be given full Manager rights while the ticket is processed by LL. So you can move in right away.
