I have a beautiful 3750 prim homestead/openspace sim I would like to rent out either monthly or for group events/parties. The sim is comprised of four separate islands each with tropical terraforming/landscaping. Located on the largest island is a caribbean style mansion with complete furnishings, a tiki bar, pool, and much much more. There are surfable waves and tons of beach toys available for your enjoyment :) If you would like to see the island please IM me and we can arrange a walkthrough.
