Very close to the water, sim filled with lovely builds. Good for first time homes or .. anything.

Flounder is a nice quiet sim, very few lag problems. I've been very happy there since October, but I just bought a huge chunk o land elsewhere. Selling:

SIX 512s, FOUR 1024s

as well as TWO 192's and another odd size for "Extra prim" plots, everything priced 5/m.
