RESIDENTIAL PLOTS:
The payment to buy the land only reserves the land. Tier must be paid within 48 hours after reserving the land or it will be reclaimed. Tier should be paid to the tier box near the land. Due to SecondLife limitations it is not possible to deed land to a group directly. If you wish to deed land to a group, please IM Matthew Dowd to arrange this.
Residential parcels have a double prim bonus and incur a tier cost at a monthly rate of L$6000 for 1024sqm parcels (468 prims), and L$3000 for 512sqm parcels (234 prims).
