1/2 Homestead sim tier costs 4000L/week, or 16000L/month. Please pay by the due date. If you fall behind several days on the tier payment you will risk loosing your land here, as I must find someone else to rent it to cover the tier cost. Please also note that if/when Linden Labs raises tier fees then the price will go up here too. No reselling/subdividing the land. No renting it, or parts of it, out to other people. No refunds on rent payments.
This sim has a PG rating, so please respect that and don't do or display anything that would be out of line.
This is a homestead sim, and as such it has a limited traffic amount(20 avatars on at a time), so use is for residential and light commercial. No parties of more than 10 people or large gatherings of any kind are allowed.
Theme of the sim: I'd like to keep a more nature/rustic theme but I am flexible as long as things don't look horrible. No very tall buildings/sky scrapers allowed. No extremely high cliffs/ugly terraforming. 1 sky box may be allowed as long as it's high enough and isn't very noticeable or bad looking. Please ask for permission from me first however.
