Good for first time homes or .. anything.

Flounder is a nice quiet sim, and no lag problems. I've lived there since october, but I just bought a huge chunk o land elsewhere. Selling:

SIX 512s, FOUR 1024s

as well as TWO 192's and another odd size for "Extra prim" plots, everything priced 8/m or less. Nice green land.
