I've decided to offer my 'perfect parcel' (which took me a long time to find) for sale privately here before I put it on the open market.This is what I am offering:
- 1024 waterland plot on the very edge of quiet Category 5 mainland sim

- being waterland, you have three levels for building - undersea, sea level and in the sky
- In front of the plot is a Linden protected sim, Davigdor owned by Governor Linden, so it has an uninterrupted sea vista.
- It has west facing views so enjoys fabulous sunsets and moonsets.
- Since Starnbrough is a mainland sim, the parcel only has 234 prims, but there is no covenant and the area is pretty much unspoiled coastline.
At present I just have a 512 island with Bedouin tent at sea level. You are most welcome to visit and enjoy the sunset.
I'm not in SL a great deal but, if I am, it's usually between 8pm and midnight GMT. If anyone is interested in negotiating a private sale (in the region of L$40,000) before I put the parcel on the open market, please drop me a notecard.
