Unfortunately I don't have time for Second Life anymore so I must sell my sim. It's set up as a residential sim and has a number of residents already, bringing in about $200/month. With a little marketing you could easily make back tier and then some! I just haven't had time to do it.
In addition to private residences, it's set up with a public park and cave/lounge space and a lovely lake in the middle.
Please feel free to visit the sim and check it out. It's name is "Caldera." It's on a class 5 server. I'm asking $500+transfer fee, or best offer. The residents are great and most have been there for some time now.
