This sim is currently named The Village, but the sim name will be changed to "Faux" and moved to a different location. I was told on July 2nd that it would be 5 to 10 days. Currently, it is bordering another sim, but when it's moved, it will be a stand alone sim.
If you pay for one month now, you're welcome to build your shop for free until sim is updated. Your rental lease will begin the day the sim is changed over.
