768sqm for the price of 512sqm/month

I am selling a 512sqm plot with an adjacent 256sqm plot in Elvarg.

By luck I discovered that these plots combined do not raise my monthly land rate. The only thing that's raised is the prim limit!

The plot is flat and green, no problems , and it's also close to a road.

The asking price for each is among the cheapest going rates for these type of lands!
