I will cover the transfer fees. Transfer includes renaming and moving.
Buyer will be added to estate management blocks until LL completes transfer.
Transfer via PayPal and LL ticket.
Selling the whole group in one shot, I will not break them up unless you can find buyers to take the remaining in blocks of 4
