I have one class 4 sim with the tier grandfathered at 195.00 a month for sale. There is one tennent currently on 1/8th for 50.00USD/ month. If you are interested, send me an IM or a notecard inworld.
Tier is paid on the 22nd of the month. (you will have a fulll month's paid tier at transfer)
Tennent rent is paid on the 18th and is currently due (you will recieve the payment if the tennent stays...will depend on your acceptance of the current convenent etc)
