As from the start of October we will have a half sim for rent or possibly 2 quarter sim rentals details as follows:-
Demented Isle--
A private sim owned by Bad & Beyond Bobbysocks, this is a class 5 sim, surrounded by water. The Bobbysocks occupy half of the sim. We are fairly easy to rent from, anything out of the norm just ask about it and we'll give you an answer directly. A nice sim for a private get away or if you have a rather large shop. We would prefer low level of scripts to keep the lag down. Anyone interested give us a yell. Come on over and check us out.
*Basic Covenant applies* as long as you stay within LL TOS
1/2 Sim with 6000 prims --- $50,000 per month due on the 1st (( per month ))
1/4 sim with 3000 prims --- $ 25,000 surrounded by water on all sides rent due on the 1st (( per month ))
We are looking for a long term tenant if possible and forget the horror stories of being kicked out a week later and losing your money this is a real offer from a genuine couple with an excellent reputation
