Here is the criteria:
- Commercial Use Allowed
- Deed Land To Group Allowed
- Class 5 Sim
- 1/4 Sim
- 3750 prims
The land will have a couple of main stores, rental shops, and a company headquarters. Scripts will be at a minimum to reduce lag, but we will have occasional events to help promote the company and rental shops.
