I am wondering.. why are all the parcels sold tier 'unfriendly'?
I mean, why selling a 1.024 plot while 1.536 would take full advantage of a tier class.
On the land pricing site it says "Additional Land (over 512 sq meters)" at the table for tiers.
1024 + 512 = 1536
2048 + 512 = 2560
4096 + 512 = 4608
8192 + 512 = 8704
If i would buy a 'standard' sized like 2048, 4096 and so on, i would kind of waste money, paying tier for land which i don't use.
I know this is a classifieds only area but i think a valid question here. I doubt that many land sellers would check the discussion threads.
PS: I forgot to mention.. i'm looking for a nice 1536 parcel.
