7. Allows for me to alter land as I require for my needs. (Flatten it out to build my club, etc.)
8. Monthly land fee payment will be made in USD via Paypal.
9. Looking to buy the land vice rent. I will pay for land in USD, not Lindens.
I do not care if it is on an island, land-locked, has a view or does not…I just want land I can use with lots of prims. I’m a responsible individual who never misses payments. I would like to get into a good plot of land to build the night club I’ve always wanted in real life…but that the wife would never allow.
