Greetings,

I am selling my former land (moving to my own sim) which is comprised of :

Parcel 1 : 4096sqm, 1874 prims, L$64000, tier L$3784/week
Parcel 2 : 2048sqm, 936 prims, L$32000, tier L$1892/week
Parcel 3 : 512sqm, 234 prims, L$8000, tier L$473/week

Those 3 parcels can be divided, joined and are adjacent to each other. The land can be terraformed.

The scenery is tropical island, with nice neighbors and a friendly sim owner. The parcels are surrounded with protected water, one side being fit for sailing. Tier is paid to the sim owner not to me.

The tier is paid until May the 26th on all 3 parcels.
