Okay here's the short version. I'm getting out of the mall business. I have enough to do just to keep my own shop operating, without keeping mall renters happy. So I'm divesting myself of a rather tasty piece of land, at a bargain price.

The sim is "Beach Themed", and the land is mostly white and sandy, with carved waterways and raised boardwalks in place of roads.

This sim is a good place to host a club or mall, or to run any kind of adult business. I've been a tenant here for over a year, and have never run into a single problem concerning adult materials.

This is a Private Estate. What does that mean? It means that you pay your tier to the island owners, not to Linden Lab. As I say, I've owned this land for some time, and I can tell you that the estate management is quite responsive to problems, fair, and very reputable. The upside of the Private Estate, is that you DON'T need to be a premium member to own this land!
