If you bought the Premium account and have 512 tier, even though first land is ended now and land is expensive, you can still put this tier to use while you shop for better prices.

Any rental of ours throughout Ravenglass Rentals and related groups, both mainland and island rentals, gets a $250 per week discount off the rent for the donation of 512 m2 to the land group.

That means if you rent a townhouse in Solar Plaza you will pay $0 rent while you put in the tier and get a two-storey, lockable/tintable townhouse valued at $250/week with 200 prims, with your own access to media and ban tabs and a roof deck as well.

That means if you rent one of our other townhouses for $400, $500, $750, you will get a significant discount off your rent that puts that unused tier to good use.

In newbie villages where the rent is only $150, putting in tier will get you 50 extra prims and $0 rent.
