Cove Islands has commerce land, all with double prims and roadside location, available and now includes a tier match.
By tier match, what we mean is that when you buy your parcel from Cove Islands, your tier will be due. You can pay as much or as little at one time as you like, but if you credit a minimum one week on your first payment, we will match it (up to a maximum four weeks). So, for example, you pay 2 weeks, we give you another 2 weeks free. All you have to do to claim your tier match is contact one of the following within 48 hours of purchase:-

In terms of commerce land itself, this is open to all businesses (and homes if you wish) except clubs. We prohibit clubs on these sims in order to keep lag right down!
