Gilanan Terrace is made up of several 1024m parcels of land on raised land set away from a Linden road and is suitable for both residential and larger commercial structures. Each parcel is terraced away from the others to give tenants the privacy they deserve. The parcels hold 234 prims for L$350/week.
Gilanan Terrace residents have access to a Stargate transporter from the Alteran Stargate Network, which provides access to many of the most interesting sims in SL!
All parcels accept skyboxes at or above 400m and come with terraforming, media, and ban/access permissions enabled.
