Why you should rent from Ecstasy Realty

With so many choices in the land industry in Second Life, why should you do business with Ecstasy Realty ? Here is a list, but this is not exhaustive:

1- Ethical dealings, always. You never wonder if you are being lied to or manipulated or will be hurt financially down the road. You will NEVER lose money because of Ecstasy Realty, unless the owner dies or ends up in the hospital for weeks (god forbid). Of course, upon death or prolonged hospitalization, the entire business would fail.

2- Rent is priced very reasonably. The price of rent includes the cost of renting the sim from Linden Lab (yes, we're renters also), the cost of advertising (most businesses have to advertise somehow), the cost of salaries (one person cannot handle 18 sims alone), and a modest markup for profit (all business owners if they are open and honest will state they do this also).

3- You get superb customer service 365 days a year. Someone on the staff is online every day, even if it's only the owner. The service you receive is knowledgeable and polite, and within 24 hours always.

4- The six members of the Ecstasy Realty team speak English, German, and Portugese. There are plans in the future to add Spanish and French speaking representatives also.

5- You have 20 sims to choose from. You can choose double prims, "normal prims", an outer space theme, a snowy mountainous theme, an all German sim (2 of them) or an all Brazilian sim (Ecstasy Brasil).

6- Company owner has been in SL for two years, with no plans to leave.

7- You get free help with terraforming.

8- You get free help with any and all of your concerns, including land cleanup, security, and deeding parcels.

9- You get reasonable leniency with rent payments if that is required occasionally.

10- You get a sim free of ad farms and other nuisances.

11- You get a sim that is as lag free as possible, given the nature of the sim.

12- You get dispute resolution with your neighbors, if that need should arise.

13- You get to use more land than if you were buying.

14- You don't need to be a Premium member to rent from Ecstasy Realty.
