Hi all! I'm hoping you can let me know if you have, or know of, someone with a sim willing to rent me space that meets my criteria... simply put, my fashion agency has outgrown its current space and I'd love to situate it on a sim that would complement it in terms of content and mandate.

I'm looking for:

Between 4000 - 8000 sq. m
Between 1000 - 2000 prims (more is better!)
For rental paid in L$ please (I'm not American, PayPal sucks for me and takes forever.)

I'd like to rent on a city-themed commercial or mixed sim with infrastructure (roads, light posts, existing content, etc.) that is well-built and textured. The agency will be rebuilt with a Manhattan-style loft/warehouse concept in mind.

I'm holding events there. It should be a class 5 server ideally, able to take the load of 80 people coming to see a fashion show.

You will definately receive added traffic as a result of the agency being situated here :)
