After living on the mainland and getting lucky living in such a wonderful sim, I am getting the itch to own my own island and have decided to reluctantly sell.
The first plot is 8192m and mostly flat with a gentle slope in one corner. Asking price is 131,000L

To date the sim has always been quiet and running well. I am very reluctant to leave this sim but need more land than what is available here.
